Hens on Oxney is owned and run by Kate who has been breeding poultry for over 15 years.
Kate holds a Masters Degree in Applied Poultry Science which she gained from The University of Edinburgh. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of poultry husbandry and biosecurity of pet hens is of particular interest, especially in these difficult times of Avian Flu. Since her house move she has sold her chickens and is concentrating on writing a book. Her ebook is available here soon. How to Make Money From Chicken Keeping.
